I’ve collected a few of my favorite gut-friendly recipes that will not only tantalize your taste buds, but also give your gut the love and care it deserves! From eerie snacks to haunted main dishes and spectral desserts, these recipes as easy on the stomach as they are on the eyes.

1. Indian Pumpkin Curry

This fragrant Indian-inspired one-pot pumpkin curry is super creamy (using fresh or canned pumpkin purée) and loaded with veggies for a healthy, comforting, and satisfying vegetable curry!
