The Via Collective is a community of like minded individuals who share a common interest in seeking to improve mind and body connection through education, support and sense of belonging. In this unique community, we have the opportunity to elevate one another and achieve true balanced wellness.

There is a saying in therapy that the only way out is through.

I believe this to be true, as I have lived it. And as I’ve learned, some things you just have to work through. Sometimes it can be lonely, sometimes it can be frustrating, sometimes it can be incredibly hard.

But it doesn’t have to be.

Think of it like building a well. You stack up your bricks, piece by piece, until you’ve created the foundation for you to come back to time and time again for water - or in this analogy - resources.

That’s exactly what this membership is - The building blocks for your own personal well so that you can build up your foundation and continue to come back to it time and time again when you need the resources to help you on your way.

Frequently asked questions:

  • Upon selecting your yearly or annual subscription choice, you will be asked to create an account with your email. After your payment, you will receive access to the full member portal.

    If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the member portal once the final day of that monthly or yearly payment has passed.

  • Each month, I build out a series of recorded sessions, or one long course on a specific topic. Past sessions have included themes of the relationship between gut health and mental health, the importance of daily movement, abundance, hormone balancing, and more.

    After the month is over, each workshop and course is bundled into the archive library for you to go and access again if you choose.

  • Each month, members get a complimentary, 30-minute 1:1 session with me, Jada Butler. This is a great opportunity to check-in, work through aspects of the courses and workshops together, and can be a great option for anyone needing a little extra support on their journey.

  • While I’ll be sad to see you go, you can cancel your membership at any time. While you will not receive a refund, you will not be charged another penny more.

I saw the vision for Soul via Sole over a decade ago.

Over the years, I have combined my medical training, my mental health training, my energy healing work, and my own experiences to form this innovative wellness company.

I now view myself as a healer; or as I refer to myself, a life architect.

My work is dedicated to helping you build the life of your dreams through physical, mental, emotional and energetic healing.
