Winter Darkness and Managing Seasonal Depression Naturally
Winter can be a difficult time of the year. Not only the stress of the holiday season, but also the lack of light can be a trigger for seasonal depression or just a touch of the winter blues. Sometimes the holidays give up a bit of “light in the darkness” with the festive holiday decorations all around, but once the lights come down, it can feel… well, dark.
This Life Series class will discuss common feelings of the winter months and give you tools and strategies as well as some education on how to change what you are eating and daily habits to thwart off the winter blues. We will also create a list of intentions for the new year as well as letting go of some limiting beliefs so we can open up to receive the blessing of 2023.
