Connecting Back To Our Food: Beth and Jody Osmond

I am joined this week by long-time friends, Beth and Jody Osmond, who run Cedar Valleys Sustainable Farm, an enterprise they started over 20 years ago.

Cedar Valley Sustainable was Chicago's first Meat Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), a mutually beneficial relationship between eaters and farmers where you know where your food is produced and how the animals are cared for.

Join as we chat about the important connection between our food, our mental health, and how nurturing your body with good-for-you-foods can have a positive impact on other areas of your life.
