Navigating Life Transitions: What’s Next?!

The umbrella of ‘holistic wellness’ covers a vast array of topics. And if you’ve been in my world for awhile now, you’ve seen that I have really dove into each of them - because it’s all connected.

But I have a confession to make…

Along the way, there’s been a lot of changing of hats because there has been a lot of change in my personal life - which has been showing up similarly in my business.

So… as we wrap up Season One here on the Soul via Sole podcast, I wanted to take a moment to be open, raw, and give you a bit of insight to what’s to come in Season Two.

I have re-invented myself many times in my life. When I graduated college, when I got married, when I became a mom, when I lost both of my parents and now my youngest son graduating college next year…

There is an emptiness and, once again, I am redefining who I am and what I want my life to look like.

Professionally, I started my own holistic psychiatric practice and then this online wellness company that is Soul via Sole four years ago. These both have undergone changes as I continued to seek for ways to impact and help as many people as I can. But the truth is, we are all works in progress, and sometimes we change and we re-invent ourselves as we bump along on the road to life.

This past year has been one of personal change and redefining who I am and what I want the second chapter of my life to look like. Season two of Soul via Sole will correspond with season two of my life.

I am creating an online community of wellness within a new membership platform. I am doing this for many reasons:

  • Having one place that delivers bite-sized mental and physical health tools

  • A place off social media

  • Options to choose which level of support you feel you need at this season of your life

  • And opportunities to work 1:1 with me whenever you need it

Each month we will explore all the topics of wellness and how they are all connected like self-love, mental health practices, physical health tools, holistic wellness principles and a community of life-long wellness to provide accountability and support along life’s ever changing landscape.

There will be opportunities for deeper dives on the topics that matter most to you, like hormone health, relationship tools, foods to reduce inflammation and heal our gut to improve mental health and more. All from a trusted professional who has served hundreds in my private practice to foster healing, growth and to thrive.

So as we close the chapter to season one, I welcome you all to join me on this next journey full of new transitions, new opportunities, and more deeper connection along the way.
