The Way You View and Value Yourself Is Getting in the Way…

We all know the things we should be doing in order to ‘be’ healthier…right? Eat better, move our bodies, take some time to rest, etc. But what I’ve found in my years as a medical and mental health professional, is the common underlying cause of ‘why’ we struggle and the one thing that continues to stand in the way… our worth.

Seems simple right? Love yourself first, and the rest will fall into place. But truly loving yourself, and valuing your worth often comes with it’s fair share of inner child work, removing limiting beliefs, and spending time reconnecting to your inner you and your deepest desires.

Join me this week as we chat a bit more about how the way you view yourself can get in the way of every health and wellness goal you are trying to achieve.

It is no secret I have struggled to learn how to love me over the years. This is why I am so passionate about this healing community within Soul via Sole.

I have always wanted to create a space where people felt supported, loved, valued and learn tools to help them improve their lives in actionable, sustainable ways. It also has to be affordable. I have seen so many people struggle to get the support they need from trusted sources for mental health services. The thing is, there are some simple yet often overlooked tools that can help us all feel better that are available and it is my mission to bring this to the forefront.

Apparently old dogs can learn new tricks!

Not that I am calling myself an old dog, but as a woman in my 50’s learning and growing with every changing technology to simply try to help is a bit daunting at times. I have created courses, classes, podcasts,, a youtube channel for heaven’s sake and this newsletter all in an attempt to bring resources to you in an engaging way. It has been a steep learning curve for me for sure.

But I am excited to be building a new community to help bring accessible and affordable mental health and holistic wellness tools to you so that you, too can help yourself on your own journey of healing and self-love.
