Creating Sacred Spaces: The Importance of Intentional Spaces

In this week’s episode, I am joined again by my close friend and long-time colleague of mine, Kate Evans, from Soulful Space Coaching. We chatted about the importance of creating a space within your home that is dedicated just for you.

This space doesn’t have to be a whole room, it can be a shared space, a corner of a guest room, an area in your living room, or even a space on your porch. But a space with intentional purpose.

There are numerous therapeutic effects of sacred spaces on stress reduction, relaxation, and overall well-being. Not only that, but it allows self-expression and creativity while curating an environment that aligns with your personality, values and aspirations.
