How Loving Ourselves Attracts Healthy Relationships


Loving ourselves is the cornerstone for cultivating and attracting healthy love in our lives.

I, personally, took the the long-way around to get to this point in my life. And while I’m grateful for the lessons learned, so much of what I teach today is stuff I wish I could go back and tell my younger self to save her from years of having to undo layers of self-doubt, limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviors and feelings of unworthiness.

Hope you’re having a love-filled week! And I’m not just talking about Valentine’s Day… I hope you’re taking these self-loving tips and tricks to heart and using them on your own self-love journey!

We’re pivoting the conversation this week by focusing on the benefits of self-love in our relationships.

Yup, that’s right! The way we love ourselves impacts every relationship… and it directly affects the people we attract into our lives.

The thing is… along the way of learning how to love ourselves, we may experience unhealthy, toxic relationships, low self esteem, negative self talk, seeking external validation, self-sabotage, physical health effects, and even difficulty accepting love.

You may not realize that you struggle to love yourself authentically, but you sure might recognize yourself in one of the patterns above.

We may think to ourselves “of course I know how to love myself”… but when it comes down to it, we do’t recognize the clues that we might not really know until we step back and see the mess, the chaos, the discontent that stems from not loving ourselves.

But there is hope!

This is exactly what I am going to be creating more content around and I am excited to teach you what I know and what I have learned (the hard way) in my own life.
