The nervous system is like the circuitry that runs our life. Between cognitive function, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing, it sure manages a lot. Which means when we start to ‘short circuit,’ our nervous system can become dysregulated and lead to a multitude of other health issues we may not even connect.
