Return To School: Balancing Mom Life, Setting Boundaries, and Coming Back to You

The Story of Soul via Sole: A Space for Community and Healing
As I reflect back on my childhood, I’m reminded of a simplicity. I’m reminded of what it truly meant to feel like ‘home’ while running around the farm, digging through the garden, and exploring the world around me.
I started Soul via Sole as a way to help other women navigating their wellness journeys and using my unique background to help bridge the gap between mind, body, and soul. And while that’s still what I do, I’ve found this company, this platform, and this space to turn into a unique community that offers so much more than just my teachings. But a place for women to learn how to truly love themselves, feel a sense of belonging, and blossom into their most authentic selves.
I love this little community and I’m so glad you’ve joined me. So, grab some tea and join me for this short chat of the story of Soul via Sole.
